Good to know

When will my credit appear?

Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll email you and show the credit on your selected subscription. A label alone does not activate credit.

Will the discount repeat every month?

No. Each approved return earns one amount of credit. It is removed after it has been used. If a renewal uses only part of your credit, the remainder stays available.

Can I reprint my label?

Yes. Open the label in your return history below. Please use only one slip for each parcel.

What happens if my subscription is paused?

Approved credit is kept for your account. It can be attached when you have an active subscription again.
